25-07-2015 തീയതിയിലെ GO(Rt) No 6882-2015-Fin നമ്പര്‍ ഉത്തരവിലൂടെ പതിന്നാലാം ധനകാര്യ കമ്മീഷന്‍ ഗ്രാന്‍റിന്‍റെ ഒന്നാം ഗഡു അനുവദിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.

As recommended by the Fourth State Finance Commission a Fund is earmarked for Development Fund for the Year 2015-16 to the Local Governments. Allotment for this amount is to be issued in two instalments . These funds are to be spent before 31st March of the Financial Year.
നാലാം സംസ്ഥാന ധനകാര്യ കമ്മീഷന്‍റെ ശുപാര്‍ശയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തില്‍ 2015-16 വര്‍ഷത്തേക്ക് തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്‍ക്കായി നീക്കിവെച്ച തുക രണ്ടു ഗഡുക്കളായി അനുവദിക്കും. . ഇത് പദ്ധതി വര്‍ഷം അവസാനിക്കുന്ന മാര്‍ച്ച് 31നു മുമ്പായി ചെലവഴിച്ചിരിക്കണം.
This transfer-credit isexempted from all Treasury restrictions.
ഈ തുകയുടെ വിനിമയം ട്രഷറിയുടെ എല്ലാവിധ നിബന്ധനകളില്‍നിന്നും മുക്തമായിരിക്കും.
The Treasury officers shall treat this order as an allotment letter only when received with the digital signature of the Director of Treasuries through Treasury Intranet only.
ട്രഷറി ഡയറക്ടറില്‍നിന്നും ഈ ഉത്തരവിന്‍റെ പകര്‍പ്പ് ലഭിക്കുന്നതോടെ ട്രഷറി ഓഫീസര്‍മാര്‍ ഈ തുക ലഭിച്ചതായി കണക്കാക്കും.
